Orsolya’s main practice areas are commercial contracts, advising clients in connection with the operations of business associations, employment law, and full-scope facilitation of real estate transactions. She is apt in the fields of public procurement and data protection.
Orsolya received her diploma in 2004 from the Faculty of Law of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church and finished her bar exams in 2008. In 2019 she was awarded a supplementary economist degree by the Corvinus University in Budapest. She has spent her junior associate years at a well-known Hungarian law firm with international affiliation and clientele, at which firm she also practiced subsequently as an attorney. She has substantial corporate experience as she worked for several years as an in-house counsel at Hungarian and French corporations mainly active in industrial automation, manufacturing automation and nuclear energy. She speaks German and English. She is a member of the Budapest Bar Association.
