Our litigation focused associate received his law degree in 2003 from the Faculty of Law of the Science University of Szeged. He started his legal career in Budapest and became a junior associate in the firm in 2005. He qualified as an attorney in 2008, and is a member of the Budapest Bar Association. In 2008 he was awarded a Tax Law professional certificate by the Professional Development Institute of Eötvös Lóránd Science University.
His field of expertise includes business and corporate law, and he has undertaken several high volume investments, including permitting and construction of hotels and other real estates and coordinating complicated projects. Due to his native Russian language skills, he is also able to provide complex Hungarian law advice to Russian speaking clients. He has gained significant experience in civil litigation and enforcing claims in various court and arbitration proceedings, as well as participating in M&A transactions and undertaking legal due diligence. He regularly advises on civil and commercial law contracts, aviation matters and administrative law.
