Our senior partner graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd Eötvös Lóránd Science University in 1980. He spent his initial career working at various legal associations, where he had the chance, prior to the liberalization of the Hungarian legal market, to work in close cooperation with the then most qualified legal professionals. He qualified as an attorney in 1984, since when he has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association, including holding various official positions.
In 2011. the Budapest Bar Association officially recognized his many decades of commitment and high level of dedicated service by presenting him with the Eötvös Károly award, the highest award of the profession.
Following the liberalization of the legal market in 1990, he established an independent law firm, which has continued to enjoy a market leading position both in terms of the number of its staff and other qualifying aspects.
His professional activities have included acting in a significant number of privatizations being involved with the implementation of new developments and the capital newly flowing into Hungary, as well as advising foreign companies and investors on their Hungarian investment activities.
Over the past 25 years, he has remained actively dealing with all aspects of business law, with a particular expertise in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare. His area of expertise also includes corporate law, real estate law, public procurement tenders, environmental protection, commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as a wide array of commercial law matters.
