Dr. Dóra Dávid-Somogyi

Our associate Dóra received her law degree in 2014 from the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University, following her studies in Germany. Between 2012 and 2013 she was a student of the Universität Zürich in Switzerland. She joined the firm as a junior associate in 2014, and currently she is giving advice as a full-time associate with many years of in-field experience. She passed her bar exams in 2018 and she is a member of the Budapest Bar Association.
Her primary areas of experience are corporate, commercial and real estate law, and drafting various civil and commercial legal agreements for our corporate clients, as well as the protection of intellectual property rights and advising in related matters. She has also gained experience in data protection and employment law. She has regularly dealt with complete (cross-border) mergers and splits of companies while continuously coordinating legal and financial advisors, and she participated in structuring complex transactions. As a native German speaker, she regularly works with and provides advice to our German speaking clients.
