Our lawyers mainly represent corporations to provide assistance in their employment related matters, but we have experience in management level representation in employment related litigations as well. We participate in the clients’ everyday labour matters, review and draft employment and management contracts, non-competition agreements, collective agreements, ordinary and extraordinary termination of contracts and help coordinate lay-off procedures and collective redundancies.
We also provide assistance in compliance and data protection matters, drafting handbooks, policies and procedure manuals, and serve as counsels to employers on a daily basis.
